Service Description: 60-bed long-term care home * residential care for 2 private rooms, 34 semi-private rooms, and 24 basic rooms * 24-hour nursing and personal care * access to a doctor and other health professionals * four short-stay care beds * convalescence

LEVEL OF CARE:

Light - May be partially weight bearing, minimum 1 person transfer, require some assistance with activities of daily living.

Medium - May be a 1-2 person transfer, require assistance with activities of daily living.

Heavy - Non-weight bearing, require a mechanical lift, require total care, assistance with all activities of daily living.
