Youth Job Connection -paid pre-employment training * job matching * paid job placements with placement supports for participants and hiring incentivies for employers * mentorship * education and work transitions support

Youth Job Connectio Summer -summer job opportunities and part-time job placements durin the year

Targete Initiative for Older Workers (TIOW) for those 55 to 64 years (or 65 and older if all TIOW criteria are met) who are unemployed (out of work or working less than an average of 20 hours per week), are legally entitled to work in Canada, and lack skills needed to find a new job * broad range of training and supports * assists in finding new jobs by matching skills and experience with the local employers wanting to hire

Services for employers - help in identifying human resouce skills requirements * matching of workplace need to workers skills, capabilities, interests and experience * support for developing on-the-job training plans and monitoring of placements to support retention

Canada-Ontario Job Grant - financial support for individual employers to purchase training for their employees * available in small, medium and large businesses planning to deliver short-term training for existing or new employees
