Community Health Centres - Central East

Community Health Centres provide primary care, health promotion, education and illness prevention services using a community development approach. Health Centres are staffed by health care professionals including physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, counsellors, community workers and dietitians.

Please be advised that family health teams are not walk-in clinics. Services are available for currently rostered patients.
