Complex Continuing Care - Inpatient service providing care for patients requiring complex medical management that cannot be accommodated in a long-term care setting

Rehabilitation and Community Living- Specialized rehabilitation services include a range of inpatient and outpatient services including Acquired Brain Injury, Adult Day Program and behaviour service * Amputee Rehabilitation * Augmentative and Alternative Communication * Geriatric Rehabilitation, Home Ventilator Training * Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation * Neurological Rehabilitation * Prosthetics and Orthotics * Respiratory Rehabilitation * Seniors in-home mental health assessment and consultation * Spasticity Management * Tuberculosis Treatment

West Park Rehab Plus - Outpatient rehabilitation and wellness services including Massage Therapy, Chiropody, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language Pathology - Fees apply for some services
 
Amputation Recovery - Services for individuals who have lost a limb adjust to their amputation and begin their recovery to achieve their full physical, psychological and social potential
 
Bones and Joints - Rehabilitation for individuals recovering from bone, muscle or joint injury or surgery * service for those who have had joint replacements or severe trauma due to an accident
 
Gage Transition to Independent Living - Offers community setting for individuals with disabilities to learn and practice independent living skills * duration of six or maximum 12-month * clients provided with one bed room apartment * access to on-site attendant services 24h and health and life skill education
 
General Complex Continuing Care - Provide service for individuals with chronic illness or long term functional disability and who require a range of therapeutic and medical care * nursing care, social and recreational activities, spiritual support and counselling for those with MS, ALS and other conditions requiring complex continuing care
 
Lungs and Breathing - Provide the tools that will help individuals with chronic lung diseases the ability to  improve quality of life and to live independently in the community *  provide inpatient and outpatient respiratory rehabilitation services
 
Outpatient Rehab - On-site outpatient rehabilitation and wellness clinic * multiple services including acupuncture, chiropody, hydrotherapy, kinesiology, massage, physiotherapy, occupational therapy
 
Seniors Services - Help for older individuals to improve their functional ability, maximize their level of independence and enhance their quality of life * integrates with Long-Term Care Centre on hospital campus
 
Stroke and Brain Function - Provides services for individuals with acquired brain injury and other neurological conditions to minimize the impact of their ailment and maximizing the quality of life for them and their families * customized rehabilitation plans
 
Wellness & Therapy - On site outpatient rehabilitation and wellness clinic * provides treatments according to individual therapeutic needs * goal is to maintain and improve health and quality of life for people with complex and ongoing health problems
