Service Description:

Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for people who may be less mobile and/or higher care needs, such as advanced dementia, COPD and other complex, chronic conditions, in a secure group setting * helps to support caregivers who provide day-to-day care * services offered:
- mid-day hot meal
- daily chair exercise
- social activities
- crafts, games, music and more
- transportation
Assistance in washroom and with feeding available. Secure location.
