Service Description:

National online meeting twice a month on the first and third Thu of the month. The first Thu, the meeting are from 3:30pm-5pm. The meeting on the third Thu of the month are from 7pm-8:30pm * meetings are for young stroke survivors and their caregivers * group provides support to help people face life in a positive way after having had a stroke * registration required, no drop-ins
