Service Description: CARERS (Coaching, Advocacy, Respite, Education, Relationship, Simulation) Program - 8-week program for family caregivers of people with early and mid-stage dementia * learn how to deal with common challenges

TEACH (Training, Education, and Assistance for Caregiving at Home) Program - 4-week program for care partners of persons with dementia * therapeutic group intervention to provide education and coping skills * includes topics such as:
  • self-care
  • system navigation
  • planning for the future 
  • The Changing Relationship

Application: Call * no referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: People who regularly provide physical, social, or emotional supports * assessment is required before confirming enrolment
