Service Description:

Designed for adults living with mental health experiences who are seeking a supportive and inclusive environment to build skills for greater independence and well-being.
Manse Road Supportive Housing offers a higher level of support, including for individuals who may have experienced longer or frequent hospital stays. Staff are available 24 hours a day to provide consistent guidance and opportunities for skill development in daily living.

Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals.
Referrals are through The Access Point. Please call or fill out the application form online.
Once the application is received, a service navigator will call the individual to set up an appointment to do an intake assessment.
