The Slaight Foundation Hospital Bed Funding Application will be available on the Easter Seals website on June 1, 2018. The family of clients interested will need to complete the 2018 Slaight Foundation hospital bed application form, include a current quote and a letter of support from the prescribing therapist. Please remember that this is separate from Easter Seals Ontario maximum of $3000 per year. Families can apply for both funding for equipment from Easter Seals and the hospital bed funding.
Please note that processing time will be 4 to 6 weeks for all requests for financial assistance.
