Service Description:

Assistance to older adults and people living with a disability in communities within the City of Toronto who need help to remain independently and safely within their own homes * clients matched with a brokered worker who can assist with home
help
Outdoor maintenance services include:- snow shoveling of sidewalks, driveways and common areas
- lawn cutting
- leaf raking
- light gardening
- outdoor general maintenance (garage cleaning, yard clean ups, taking out garbage or recycling)
