and dietitian on staff- nutrition counseling
- insulin pump classes * assists patients starting insulin pump therapy
Living with Diabetes and Prediabetes Classes - Small group classes * healthy eating meal planning tools * physical activity and lifestyle tips * teaches how to prevent and monitor for long-term complications * financial assistance programs' information
