Service Description:

A multi-dimensional health and support services agency that provides a wide range of programs to residents of all ages throughout the City of Kawartha Lakes. There are staffed offices in Lindsay and Fenelon Falls, and services are available through the agency's Community Support Services, Community Health Centre, Hospice services, Geriatric Assessment (GAIN) team and dental clinic for low-income families.
