Service Description: Community programs and volunteer placements provide recreational and social supports to individuals with developmental disabilities, including those with dual diagnosis * programs include:

Community Connections is a day service initiative that supports adults to engage, explore, and thrive in their community. Through social activities, volunteer opportunities, skill-building experiences, and meaningful outings, participants build friendships, grow independence, and strengthen confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment * flexible scheduling options offered, including select evening opportunities and one Sat per month. 

NextGen Fusion is a social experience for youth and young adults, offering Mon evening gatherings along with engaging programs during PA Days and March Break. This program helps build friendships, confidence, and connection.

Spirit of Summer is a summer experience filled with fun, friendship, and adventure. Throughout the summer months, youth and young adults enjoy engaging activities, community outings, and creative experiences that keep them active, social, and connected in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Eligibility / Target Population: People must have a developmental disability, be 18 years or older, no longer in school, have own transportation to and from the building, Independent in eating and walking.
