Service Description:

Provides immediate crisis response, intervention and prevention services which are responsive to the needs of individuals, families and communities affected by crime and sudden tragedies.
Services include:
- 24/7 on-scene crisis intervention *Police Referred*
- addressing immediate safety concerns
- practical assistance
- needs assessment
- development of personalized referral form or service plan
- safety planning
- the provision of information
- referrals to counselling and relevant community and government support services
- enhanced support
- follow-up

24/7 on-scene support through direct police referral. Telephone support, during regular business hours, does not require a referral and can be accessed by calling our main phone number.
